Our process
1. Discovery call
We start with a conversation about the business, the audience and what the video actually needs to do. No template pitch, no guessing at objectives.
2. Concept and pre-production
We write the concept, agree the story, then plan the shoot properly: locations, contributors, shot list, schedule, crew and kit. Everything is signed off before a camera comes out of the bag.
3. Shoot day
Jay directs on set with a crew sized to the job, from a two-person team to a full unit with 1st AD, cinematographer, sound, gaffer and hair and make up. We keep the day calm so people on camera relax.
4. Edit, grade and sound
Offline edit first for story, then colour grade, sound design and music. You review, we refine, and nothing is delivered until you are happy with it.
5. Delivery and cut downs
You get the hero film plus the versions you actually need: landscape, vertical, subtitled social cut downs and web-optimised files, all sized for where they will run.
